David L. Allebach Jr.

David L. Allebach, Jr. is a 1971 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law and a 1968 Graduate of Ursinus Colleges. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1971 and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

He has practiced in the Berks, Chester and Montgomery County area for over 40 years concentrating in business law, real estate, municipal law and estate planning. His business practice includes the formation of business entities whether corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies or joint ventures. This includes the preparation of operating agreements, shareholders' agreements and buy-sell agreements that are so critical at the start of a business.

His corporate clients include STV Engineers, Inc., Buckman's Inc., Spring Mount Ski Slopes, Kulp Car Rentals, Godshall's Quality Meats, Inc. and MacKissic, Inc. In addition to representing business entities, Mr. Allebach represents Upper Frederick Township (over 35 years), Oley Township, Perkiomen Township Municipal Authority and serves as special real estate counsel to the Owen J. Roberts School District.

Over the years, Mr. Allebach has engaged in a variety of community activities, and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA.
